	Bridge tolls, parking fees, special purchases and other incidentals are added 
to the final invoice.
AIRPORT TRANSFER POLICIES:  Cancellation Policy: 24 hours minimum notice 
to cancel or change a confirmed reservation.  Our expectation is departure 
from your pick up point within ¿5 minutes of scheduled time.  After a 10 
minute grace period $2.00 per minute is charged.  Additional pick-up or 
drop-off stops are $15 each.  Airport fees added at current rate.  Wait-Time:  
Inbound (arriving) pickups have a 30-minute grace period after the published 
Flight Status Gate Arrival Time.  After this grace period, charges accrue at the 
standard hourly charter rate for the assigned vehicle.  Call us immediately if 
your flight is cancelled.  A $50 early/late charge applies for service between 
10:30 PM and 5:30 AM.  A $50 Meet & Greet charge applies if this service is 
requested at SFO or OAK airports.
CHARTER & POINT-TO-POINT POLICIES: Cancellation Policy:  6 days minimum 
notice required to cancel or change a confirmed reservation.  50% non-
refundable deposit of the contract amount may be charged at the time your 
reservation is confirmed.  The balance is charged to your account within 72 
hours of your scheduled pick up time.
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU CANNOT LOCATE OUR DRIVER, PLEASE 
CALL US IMMEADIATELY.
White Hat Limo, LLC assumes no responsibility for anything left in the limo or 
for consequences of service delays caused by situations beyond our control.  
If you or anyone in your party intentionally or accidentally causes damage to 
our vehicle, the full cost of all repairs and unusual cleaning along with the 
costs associated with the loss of use of our vehicle will be charged to your 
account.  Total charges are based on your final itinerary which may exceed 
the preliminary estimate. 
There are no warranties, express or implied.  By contracting our services you 
agree to all of these Terms & Conditions and allow your credit card account to 
be used as the form of payment for all charges.  Thanks for choosing White
